Early manifestations of stomach cancer may be abdominal pain, vomiting blood and black stool, fullness and discomfort in the upper abdomen and nausea and vomiting, and generalized symptoms. 1. Abdominal pain: when patients have long-term abdominal pain with severe pain, it may be the early manifestation of stomach cancer after excluding other abdominal diseases such as bacterial infection. 2. Vomiting blood and black stool: ulcer may be formed in early stage of stomach cancer, leading to vomiting blood and black stool in stomach cancer patients. Therefore, when patients have unexplained vomiting of blood or black stool, they should check whether it is stomach cancer in time. 3. Upper abdomen fullness and discomfort, nausea and vomiting: patients will feel fullness after eating a small amount of food, which may be accompanied by slight nausea, leading to reluctance to eat and even vomiting in serious cases. 4. Systemic symptoms: Early stomach cancer patients may have some unexplained weight loss and fatigue. In serious cases, there may also be systemic symptoms such as anemia. Therefore, once patients find the above symptoms, they should consult doctor in time and standardize treatment under doctor’s guidance.
