Nursing care in oliguria stage of renal failure includes general nursing and special nursing, as follows: 1. General nursing: absolute bed rest is necessary in oliguria stage of renal failure, when the patient’s heart function is decreasing. After bed rest, patients should pay attention to the functional exercise of limbs, some patients do not exercise after bed rest, can appear lower extremity venous thrombosis, so bed rest should be appropriate functional exercise, auxiliary massage, passive exercise. It is recommended to give patients a high sugar diet, if diabetic patients have to control the intake of sugar, with high vitamin, fiber and other semi-liquid food. Protein intake at 0.6-0.8g/(kg-d), strictly limit the intake of protein, potassium-containing foods and fruits; 2, special care: i.e., restriction of fluids, because the patient is already oliguric, and more fluids will be discharged when they enter; skin and oral care; pay attention to whether the patient’s electrolytes are disturbed and whether the patient’s vital signs are stable.
