What are the lines on a pregnancy test?

The T and C of the pregnancy test stick indicate the detection and quality control zones respectively.

T is the detection zone that shows whether a woman is pregnant or not. If there is a colored band, it is associated with pregnancy and indicates an increase in chorionic gonadotropin in the urine. If the strip is light in color, it indicates a low concentration of chorionic gonadotropin and is a weak positive. If the T-zone is darker, it indicates a higher concentration of chorionic gonadotropin in the urine and is a strong positive.

C is the quality control domain. As long as there are no quality problems with the pregnancy test, it should be colored within its shelf life and will show up as a dark band.

It is recommended that when using a pregnancy test stick, women should read the instructions of the stick carefully and follow them to operate and make judgment. If you are not sure, you can go to the hospital for a blood test, the results will be relatively more accurate.
