The specific manifestations of organ failure are closely related to the failing organ, for example, for respiratory failure, often patients can show symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, accelerated respiratory rate, and even respiratory distress. If it is heart failure, patients can often show increased heart rate, chest suffocation, shortness of breath, inability to lie down, some patients can also appear arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, and even cardiac arrest in serious cases. In case of renal failure, it can often manifest as oliguria or anuria. If it is liver failure, most of them will show abnormal behavior, impaired consciousness, and even abnormal blood clotting. In the case of gastrointestinal failure, patients will show reduced intestinal peristalsis, reduced bowel sounds, and even some patients may show vomiting of blood, black stools, intestinal obstruction, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
