What is the cause of bleeding water from the wound after anal fistula surgery

The early wound bleeding after anal fistula surgery is a normal phenomenon. It usually takes about 2 weeks to heal, during which time attention should be paid to adequate drainage of the wound. If the fistula is deep or the wound is deep, a drainage tube can be used to help drainage. If the local wound is large after surgery, it should be flushed with saline to speed up the discharge of secretions and further promote wound healing.
