How to remove pitting spots

Punctate spots are considered to be related to freckles, chloasma, seborrheic keratosis and other factors, which belong to pigmentation diseases, and can be removed by choosing topical medication, systemic medication and laser treatment according to different diseases. 1. Freckles: Currently, commonly used treatments include Q-switched ruby laser with wavelength of 694nm, emerald green gemstone laser with wavelength of 755nm or IPL treatment, which has better efficacy, and should pay attention to avoiding light after operation. 2. Melasma: topical medication such as 2%~5% hydroquinone cream, 15%~20% azelaic acid cream, etc. can inhibit tyrosinase activity and reduce the production of pigment; systemic medication orally take vitamin C, vitamin E and tranexamic acid. In severe cases, large doses of vitamin C can be injected intravenously. 3. Seborrheic keratosis: it is recommended that patients should usually do a good job of sunscreen, generally do not need treatment, if necessary, freezing, laser or electrocautery therapy; or surgical resection and histopathological examination to confirm the diagnosis.
