What’s wrong with your heart?

Heart beat panic is generally the occurrence of arrhythmia, common sinus tachycardia, paroxysmal tachycardia, ventricular premature or ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation. 1. Sinus tachycardia: mostly caused by physiological factors, such as stress, shock, panic, drinking strong tea, coffee, late at night and other factors caused by increased sympathetic excitability, resulting in faster heartbeat. Some patients may be caused by pathological factors, such as hyperthyroidism, fever, anemia, cardiac dysfunction. 2. Paroxysmal tachycardia: Generally due to congenital developmental abnormality or acquired diseases, the electrocardiographic currents in the atrioventricular node, atrium, intraventricular folding occurs as if the electric current in the above structures in a rapid circle, causing an increase in the ventricular rate, and symptoms of sudden cardiac panic occur. 3. Premature ventricular or ventricular tachycardia: Due to the increased excitability of the ventricular muscle, automatic depolarization is induced, resulting in an impulse earlier than that of the sinus node, inducing premature ventricular contractions, which may also occur in normal people. Frequent ventricular premature beats can cause panic symptoms, if the ventricular premature is a continuous attack, the formation of ventricular tachycardia, may cause ventricular fibrillation, and then cardiac arrest. 4. Atrial fibrillation: some patients may have atrial fibrillation due to changes in the structure of the atria, resulting in rapid heartbeat, absolutely irregular heart rate, heart rate greater than the pulse rate, palpitations, panic and other symptoms. When there is a sudden heartbeat and panic, you need to do ECG examination as soon as possible to make a clear diagnosis and take the next step of treatment according to the disease.
