35 weeks fetal heart rate suddenly dropped to 110 beats / min may be due to physiological factors and pathological factors such as fetal distress, placental abruption and other reasons.
1. Physiological factors: the normal fetal heart rate is between 110-160 beats/min, but there are certain fluctuations in the fetal heart rate, the fetus rolls over, pressure on the umbilical cord, the mother goes to sleep and so on, there may be a sudden drop in fetal heart rate of 35 weeks to 110 beats/min, if there are no other abnormalities, generally do not need to be dealt with.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Fetal distress: it is mostly due to the obstacle of blood and oxygen supply from the mother to the fetus, causing ischemia and hypoxia of the fetus in the uterine cavity, which may lead to the obstacle of growth and development of the fetus, thus leading to the sudden drop of the fetal heart to 110 beats/minute at 35 weeks.
(2) Placental abruption: If there is placental abruption, the bleeding is usually more, and the fetus may be in the state of blood loss, so it will lead to a decrease in the fetal heart rate, and thus the fetal heart rate suddenly drops to 110 beats/minute at 35 weeks.
If the patient’s 35 weeks fetal heart suddenly dropped to 110 beats/min, most of them are caused by physiological factors, if there are other discomforts, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, identify the cause of the disease, and then carry out treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
