How whiteheads form

Whiteheads are also known as acne. Acne is usually caused by endocrine factors, a large increase in sebum secretion, and abnormal keratinization of the cellular opening around the hair follicle. 1. Endocrine factors: If you often stay up late at night or have a lot of mental stress, it will lead to endocrine disorders, such as increased levels of androgens in the body, which will trigger whiteheads. 2. Large increase in sebum secretion: If you often eat high-calorie, high-fat food or improper facial cleansing, it will lead to a large increase in sebum secretion, inducing whiteheads. 3. Abnormal keratinization of the cellular opening around the hair follicle: If the opening of the hair follicle becomes smaller, narrower, or clogged due to over-keratinization, it will lead to abnormal sebum secretion, which will increase the incidence of whiteheads and pimples. Acne can be caused by a variety of factors, and it is recommended that patients take good care of the affected area and follow the doctor’s instructions for appropriate treatment to promote the elimination of whiteheads and pimples.
