What’s wrong with bleeding during ovulation for months?

Ovulatory bleeding occurs for several months, indicating that the time has been relatively long, which is a situation that needs attention, then we recommend that the patient undergo ultrasonography to exclude the uterine space-occupying lesions, the uterine space-occupying lesions that are prone to cause ovulatory bleeding are endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids and obvious protruding cavity of the uterine fibroids. If a woman is unmarried and childless, and the lesion is less than 1cm, it is recommended that the patient undergoes conservative treatment, and can be treated with some medications, such as oral contraceptives, estrogen and progesterone, or traditional Chinese medicine. If the submucosal fibroid or endometrial polyp is larger than 1cm, hysteroscopy should be considered if necessary. If ultrasound examination does not reveal any space-occupying lesions in the uterus, endocrine abnormalities may be considered. In this case, the main method of treatment is conservative, similar to the treatment of space-occupying lesions, considering oral contraceptive pills and estrogen-progestin sequential therapy, and can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
