What is the 2009 UICC 7th edition TNM staging for gastric cardia cancer?

TNM staging of gastric cardia cancer 2009UICC 7th edition is a more commonly used clinical staging method, in which T stands for the primary tumor of gastric cardia cancer, N stands for regional lymph node metastasis and M stands for distant metastasis. Specific TNM staging contents are as follows. T is divided into the following cases according to the extent of lesion invasion. T0 No evidence of cardia cancer, Tis intramucosal cancer. T1A pancreatic cancer tumor invades the mucosal lamina propria or mucosal muscular layer, T1B tumor invades the submucosal layer. T2 pancreatic cancer tumor invades the muscularis propria. T3 Tumor invades the subplasma connective tissue and does not invade the visceral peritoneum or surrounding tissues. T4A pancreatic cancer tumor invaded through the visceral peritoneum, and T4B pancreatic cancer had direct invasion of surrounding tissue structures. The regional lymph node status represented by N is categorized as follows. N0 regional lymph nodes had no metastasis, N1 indicated that there were 1-2 regional lymph nodes with metastasis, N2 indicated that there were 3-6 regional lymph nodes with metastasis, N3A indicated that there were 7-15 regional lymph nodes with metastasis, and N3B indicated that there were 16 or more regional lymph nodes with metastasis. M stands for distant metastasis, M0 indicates no metastasis and M1 suggests distant metastasis.
