What’s wrong with diarrhea and stomach pain in late pregnancy?

Late pregnancy stomach pain and diarrhea are generally considered to be diarrhea caused by unclean diet or indigestion caused by eating cold, raw, cold, spicy or stimulating food. If there is bacterial infection in the stool, it is considered as acute gastroenteritis, which needs to be treated with sensitive drugs and oral probiotics to promote digestion and absorption. If the diarrhea is serious and leads to dehydration and water-electrolyte disorder, it needs timely rehydration to avoid affecting the fetal development. If abdominal pain is serious, scopolamine can be injected intramuscularly to antispasmodic and analgesic treatment. For abdominal pain and diarrhea caused by simple indigestion, probiotics can be taken orally for treatment, and less and more meals should be eaten with light and easily digestible food.
