Cilostazol Tablet Efficacy and Dosage

Cilostazol tablets are an anti-platelet aggregation and vasodilator drug, and the dosage is usually taken twice a day, either before or after meals. The drug is mainly indicated for improving ischemic symptoms caused by chronic arterial occlusive disease and preventing recurrence of cerebral infarction. It can also be used in combination with aspirin and clopidogrel in acute coronary syndromes or after stent implantation in high-risk patients to improve the patient’s post-treatment platelet hyperactivity and reduce the incidence of major cardiovascular events. Cilostazol tablets are usually administered twice a day and should be taken at least half an hour before or at least 2 hours after a meal, preferably at the same regular time each day. Please consult your physician for specific medications and do not self-administer.
