Cervical cancer IIa1 (II A1) belongs to stage II of cervical cancer. A part of patients can be clinically cured, but whether it can be cured or not is related to the patient’s general condition, medical equipment and level and other factors. Stage II cervical cancer refers to cervical tumor invasion beyond the uterus, but not reaching the pelvic wall and not reaching the lower 1/3 of the vagina. Stage II A1 refers to invasive carcinoma with a maximum diameter of less than or equal to 4cm, which is considered as a relatively early stage of cervical cancer. The main treatment modes are surgery or radiotherapy: 1. Surgical treatment: the surgical methods are radical extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. The cervix and body of the uterus are removed, one-quarter to one-third of the vagina is removed, and the ureteral tunnel is opened. Before menopause, both ovaries can be preserved if they are normal. 2. Radiation therapy: the radiation therapy plan is pelvic external irradiation plus intracavitary brachytherapy and simultaneous chemotherapy. When cervical cancer is detected, patients should go to regular hospitals in time, actively cooperate with doctor’s treatment, keep optimistic mentality and achieve better prognosis.
