Medication for psychogenic impotence

Psychogenic impotence, often referred to as psychogenic impotence, is penile erectile dysfunction due to psychological causes. Sildenafil and tadanafil are still the first phosphodiesterase inhibitors to be used in the treatment. Phosphodiesterase inhibitors have a relatively good therapeutic effect on erectile dysfunction caused by various factors, with an overall efficiency of over 70%. For psychogenic erectile dysfunction, it is more important to intervene with psychological factors, which require a full communication between the patient and the lover to be able to relieve tension. In terms of diagnosis, psychogenic impotence is also difficult to diagnose, because often psychogenic impotence is accompanied by certain organic pathological factors, a complete diagnosis of psychogenic impotence needs to exclude organic impotence before a diagnosis of psychogenic erectile dysfunction can be made.
