What are the chances of getting pregnant with one of the fallopian tubes removed?

After removal of one fallopian tube, if the opposite tube is patent, the probability of pregnancy is still 50%. If the opposite tube is blocked, the probability of natural conception is almost zero. If one of the fallopian tubes has been removed, a hysterosalpingogram should be done before proceeding to pregnancy. If the other fallopian tube is open, ultrasound monitoring of ovulation can be done to help conceive. If there is no pregnancy for 6 months to 1 year after the imaging, IVF is recommended to help the pregnancy. If the other fallopian tube is blocked, IVF is recommended to help the pregnancy directly. The probability of conceiving naturally with blockage on the other fallopian tube is zero.
