Exercises that help ovulation include running, skipping rope and patting the sides of the lower abdomen with both hands, which are beneficial for ovulation. In patients with mature follicles, i.e. with an average diameter of more than 18 mm and who usually have abnormal ovulation and are prone to unruptured follicles, these exercises can be done during the time of ovulation and may promote follicle expulsion. The follicles can be monitored continuously after they have developed and if they appear to disappear or shrink significantly, this indicates that the follicles have ruptured. This is because some people will have unruptured follicle syndrome, which means that although the follicles are mature, they are not expelled, which makes it difficult to get pregnant.
