What to do if your baby has a fever after the BSE vaccination

Some children may have a high fever of 39℃ or higher within 24 hours, so it depends on the child’s condition and the appropriate method to control it. If the fever is low around 38℃, physical cooling can be used to treat it by scrubbing the armpits, groin and back with warm water to help dissipate the heat, or by putting a fever-reducing patch on the forehead. If the fever persists above 38.5°C, the child must be given antipyretic medication in a timely manner, such as acetaminophen drops. If your child also has complications such as high fever, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea and convulsions, go to the pediatrician of the hospital in time. During the fever, you should drink warm water, do not eat seafood, eggs and too much meat, so as not to affect the digestion, you can eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, drink more milk, soy milk, thin porridge, to help supplement nutrition.
