150/90 hypertension usually refers to a systolic blood pressure of 150mmHg, diastolic blood pressure of 90mmHg, if not the same day three times measured are the value, considered to belong to the category of first-degree hypertension, if accompanied by comorbidities or diabetes mellitus need medication, clinically used in the treatment of hypertension, including diuretics, β-receptor antagonists, and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, and so on.
1. Diuretics, thiazide diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide are more commonly used in the clinic, and its antihypertensive effect is slow, smooth and long-lasting. Adverse reactions include hypokalemia and affect the metabolism of lipids and blood sugar. Therefore, it should be used with caution in patients with gout.
2. β-receptor antagonists, including propranolol, metoprolol, etc. Adverse effects include bradycardia, cold extremities and fatigue, etc. Acute heart failure, atrioventricular block and other patients are prohibited.
3. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, such as captopril, etc., for patients with hypertension has the effect of improving insulin resistance and reducing urinary protein. Adverse reactions include angioedema and irritating dry cough. It is contraindicated in hyperkalemia, pregnant women, and patients with bilateral renal artery stenosis.
The drug needs to be used under medical supervision and should not be taken on its own to avoid serious adverse reactions.
