The right frontal ischemic foci are not severe and the patient has no clinical symptoms or positive signs. Right frontal ischemic foci are foci of ischemia caused by occlusion of small subcortical arteries or early lesions of demyelination of the white matter of the brain. The symptoms are relatively mild, but when the right frontal lobe ischemic foci appear, it indicates that we have cerebral atherosclerosis and occlusion of small arteries, so we should carry out anti-atherosclerosis and anti-platelet aggregation treatment, and usually give some blood activating drugs orally to improve cerebral blood supply. Clinically, when there is ischemic foci in the right frontal lobe, if there is no symptom, no special treatment is needed. Usually, we should mainly control the risk factors that cause cerebral atherosclerosis, control blood pressure and blood sugar, control blood lipids and hyperhomocysteinemia, reduce smoking and alcohol consumption, and have a light diet.
