Can mild arthritis heal on its own?

Mild arthritis can heal itself without treatment, but it needs to be done in two ways: 1. Keep the joints with mild arthritis in a relaxed, rested state and do not continue to fatigue, such as avoiding stair climbing, mountain climbing, bicycling, and frequent knee flexion and extension movements such as tai chi when there is mild arthritis in the knee joint, otherwise it will lead to further wear and tear on the joint and gradually increase inflammation, which can lead to aggravation. 2. Keep your arthritic joints in a warm state and do not get cold, because cold will lead to a decrease in blood circulation, and local inflammation will gradually build up and increase, and the pain and symptoms associated with unfavorable activity will gradually worsen after the inflammation is further aggravated. As long as you keep warm, relax, rest and do not overexert yourself, mild arthritis can heal on its own.
