What does a rich bag look like when you take it out

A fulminant pouch is removed and appears from the outside to be a mass of hyperplastic fatty tissue.
A fulgur bun is a fatty tumor on the back of the neck that may grow relatively large due to prolonged friction and irritation. Surgical removal may be used when the rich bun is large for reasons such as poor appearance and easy irritation leading to discomfort. The removed tissue is, cosmetically, a mass of hyperplastic fatty tissue (there is no envelope, blood vessels, etc.).
Generally there is no risk of malignant changes in the fulminant pouch, but all surgically removed tissue should always be examined pathologically. This is because it is not possible to be completely sure if it is a lipoma by non-pathologic examination. And although most are not likely to be malignant, there are still rare cases where changes can occur.
