Endometrial cancer grade 1 with mucinous metaplasia is recommended to receive timely surgery or related treatments such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Grade 1 endometrial cancer belongs to the early stage, and the cancerous tissue is still confined to the uterine body, so treatment should be taken as soon as possible in this case. Currently, the main treatment means is surgery, especially for patients without contraindications to surgery such as serious medical complications, surgery is usually the first choice to remove the lesion. After surgery, radiotherapy and other related adjuvant treatments can be carried out. For those who are not suitable for surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormone therapy can be adopted as a comprehensive treatment program. In conclusion, the patient’s condition should be evaluated according to the histologic type of the lesion, as well as the patient’s age, general condition, and whether he/she has reproductive needs, before starting the appropriate treatment plan. Therefore, it is recommended to seek medical treatment as soon as possible after diagnosis.
