Is it possible for slow gonorrhea to heal on its own?

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia is a proliferative tumor of mature B-lymphocytes that progresses slowly, does not resolve spontaneously, and requires standardized treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
It is an inert leukemia and not all patients need to be treated immediately after diagnosis. It is currently believed that early-stage patients do not need to be treated, and regular follow-up is sufficient, while treatment is recommended when the disease is in an active state.
Commonly used treatment modalities include: chemotherapy such as alkylating agents, purine analogs, glucocorticoids; immunotherapy such as rituximab; molecular targeted therapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and so on. Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia are highly susceptible to infections, which may even lead to death, and therefore should be actively treated and prevented.
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia cannot be cured by itself, and should be treated according to the doctor’s instructions. If diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time. All the drugs mentioned above should be used in accordance with medical advice.
