“Spleen deficiency phlegm nemesis” is not based on this statement. According to Chinese medicine, the spleen is the source of phlegm, and a weak spleen leads to phlegm and dampness, resulting in symptoms such as abdominal distension and loose stools (thin, unformed feces), and fatigue (lack of mental energy) and tiredness. Spleen deficiency and phlegm can be treated with Chinese herbs or acupuncture. 1. Oral Chinese medicine: Spleen deficiency with excessive phlegm can be relieved by taking Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu San or Er Chen Tang combined with Si Jun Zi Tang. The former has the effect of strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness (by replenishing the spleen so that dampness can be expelled), and is useful for the tiredness and fatigue, and distension and fullness of the abdomen caused by the prevalence of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness (the function of the spleen being weak, which makes phlegm and dampness unable to be dispelled). The latter Er Chen Tang dries dampness and removes phlegm (removing phlegm from the body with dampness-drying drugs), regulates qi and zhong (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach to make the functions of the spleen and stomach smooth), and together with the Si Jun Zi Tang replenishes qi and strengthens the spleen to make the phlegm and dampness of the body go away and the spleen qi be sufficient. 2. Acupuncture: Spleen deficiency and phlegm can be relieved by acupuncture, commonly used acupuncture points are the epigastric region, Qihai, Guanyuan, Spleen Yu, Gastric Yu, Ashigaru, Fenglong and other points, which have the effect of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the qi, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm. The above methods are effective for spleen deficiency and phlegm, and can relieve symptoms such as fatigue, fatigue and tiredness, distention and fullness in the epigastrium, nausea, loose stools and diarrhea, etc. Do not self-medicate or operate by acupuncture, and go to a regular hospital in time to avoid delaying your condition.
