Can you have a baby with uterine adhesions?

Whether or not a woman with uterine adhesions can have a baby successfully depends on the individual woman, as each woman’s uterine adhesions are different, so the effect on pregnancy and embryos can vary greatly. Some women have uterine adhesions, but they are only partial adhesions at the base of the uterus, and they are able to conceive normally and the embryo does not implant at the base of the uterus, but in the lower part of the uterine cavity, so they can have a baby successfully. However, in some cases, the adhesions are so severe that they may affect the normal pregnancy and cause complications such as miscarriage, preterm labor, placental adhesions and postpartum bleeding, so it may be difficult to give birth to a baby successfully.
