Contraindications to eating Pueraria Mirifica include avoidance of use by people with deficiency cold and caution for people with stomach cold and vomiting.
Pueraria Mirifica, Chinese medicine, sweet, pungent and cool in nature, belonging to the spleen and stomach meridian, is the dried root of Pueraria Mirifica, family Leguminosae. It has the effects of detoxifying the muscles and relieving heat (relieving heat from the surface of the skin), transmitting rashes, generating fluids and quenching thirst (promoting the production of fluids to relieve thirst), and elevating yang and stopping diarrhea (elevating yang qi to treat diarrhea).
It can be used to treat superficial fever, strong pain in the neck and back, impenetrable measles, thirst in febrile illnesses, thirst in yin deficiency, heat eruption and dysentery, and diarrhea due to spleen deficiency (diarrhea caused by weakness of the spleen).
Adverse reactions to Pueraria Mirifica are not known. Note that this product is prohibited for those who are allergic to it, allergic people should be cautious, people with deficiency cold should avoid using it, and people with stomach cold and vomiting should be cautious.
