The treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma needs to be decided according to the specific pathologic typing, and the commonly used treatments are drug therapy, radiotherapy, surgery, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Drug therapy: common R-CHOP regimen (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone), R-CDOP regimen, (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, liposomal adriamycin, vincristine, prednisone) and so on. Radiotherapy: radiotherapy can be added to drug therapy if necessary. It can further improve the therapeutic effect. Surgery: not preferred, in some cases, it can be treated by surgical resection of the lesion, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma originating in the stomach. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: partially available to consolidate treatment with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Rituximab can only be used in CD20-positive patients, and the specific treatment regimen should be followed and actively treated.
