Difference between Valerian and Oyster

Coriolus versicolor and oyster are different in terms of drug source, flavor and attribution, efficacy and action. 1. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Valeriania are not clear. The contraindications of oyster, which is easy to cause constipation and dyspepsia when taken more than once for a long time, are not clear.
