Watery discharge just after menstruation may be due to bacterial vaginitis, atrophic vaginosis, endometrial cancer and other diseases.

Patients often have vaginal itching and burning sensation, and also have increased vaginal secretion, which is thin in texture and light yellow in color.
3. Endometrial cancer: generally, patients can be asymptomatic in the early stage, and with the development of the disease, patients will have symptoms such as vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge, etc. It is recommended that patients have symptoms just after menstruation.
