How to test the new crown antigen kit

The New Crown Antigen kit can be tested through pre-operation inspection, sample collection, antigen detection, result display, and post-use treatment. 1. Pre-operation check: Users need to check the New Crown Antigen kit before operation, check the date, whether the package is damaged, etc., and ensure that their hands are clean. 2. Sample collection: The user should keep the nose clean, slightly tilt the head, and take the swab along the nasal passage 1 to 1.5 centimeters deep into the nasal cavity and rotate it at least 4 times. 3. Antigen detection: Place the swab after sample collection in the sampling tube, rotate the swab head in the preservative for at least 30 seconds, and squeeze the swab head from the outside of the sampling tube. Squeeze the swab head dry and discard the swab. Close the cap of the sampling tube and drop the liquid into the sample hole of the test card. Wait 15 minutes to observe the result. The result shown after 30 minutes is not clinically significant. 4. Results: If a red or purple band is present at both c and t, with t either darker or lighter in color, the result is positive. If a red or purple band appears at c and no band appears at t, the result is negative. 5. Post-use treatment: Put everything after use into a sealed bag and dispose of it by professional personnel. Users must follow the requirements during the operation to avoid errors in the results and adverse consequences.
