If a patient has headache for half a month without significant relief, the patient should go to the neurology department for a detailed examination. A CT head examination should be done to rule out intracranial occupational diseases such as brain tumors or gliomas. It is also necessary to rule out vascular diseases of the head, such as venous sinus thrombosis or venous sinus stenosis, the presence of normal pressure hydrocephalus, and in some cases, the headache may be caused by demyelination of the head. Patients may also have headaches due to vasculitis in the brain, which should be examined separately and a clear diagnosis should be made by effective physical examination.
