Is coughing and diarrhea a new type of pneumonia?

Cough and diarrhea are not necessarily novel pneumonia. Novel coronavirus pneumonia is an inflammation of the lungs caused by a novel coronavirus infection. Common symptoms include cough, cough, chills, fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, and can also be accompanied by abdominal pain and diarrhea. However, cough and diarrhea do not necessarily mean novel coronavirus pneumonia, but can also be seen in other diseases, such as gastrointestinal flu which can present with upper respiratory symptoms, cough, and also with gastrointestinal discomfort such as abdominal pain and diarrhea. Cough and diarrhea can also be caused by other infectious diseases, such as gastroenteritis, or by gastrointestinal reactions caused by taking cough, phlegm, or anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. Therefore, when cough and diarrhea occur, specific analysis should be made on a case-by-case basis.
