A blood pressure of 150 mmHg is classified as hypertension grade 1. After secondary hypertension is ruled out, lifestyle intervention and antihypertensive medication are needed. 1. Lifestyle intervention: patients with hypertension should actively reduce weight, eat a low-salt, low-fat diet, consume fresh vegetables and fruits every day, develop good habits, such as staying up as little as possible, do not smoke, do not abuse alcohol, increase the amount of exercise, maintain an optimistic and positive mindset, and learn to self-regulate pressure to maintain a balanced state of mind. 2. Antihypertensive drug intervention: When the effect of lifestyle intervention is not obvious in patients with hypertension level 1, they should consult a doctor in time, choose the suitable antihypertensive drugs under the guidance of the doctor, test their blood pressure daily, combine two or more drugs if necessary, and don’t stop taking the drugs or adjust the dosage casually, commonly used antihypertensive drugs such as amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide, metoprolol, enalapril and so on.
