Glyphosate is also known as Nongda, Zhenqin, Phosphonoglycolate, and Glufosinate. It is a low-toxicity herbicide. Typical symptoms include gastrointestinal corrosion, such as sore throat, difficulty in swallowing and gastrointestinal bleeding.2. Hypotension and pulmonary edema may occur in a few cases.3. For skin contact, skin swelling and abnormal sensation at the contact site may occur.4. After eye contamination, periorbital edema and bulbar conjunctival edema may occur. Treatment: 1. The stomach contents not absorbed by the body should be thoroughly removed. 2. After gastric lavage, the patient should be given diarrhea, activated carbon can be applied in the intestinal tract for adsorption, rehydration and diuresis. 3. The patient should be given active organ protection treatment, such as ECG, blood pressure, pulse rate, arterial oxygen saturation monitoring, liver function, kidney function and myocardial enzyme profile monitoring, and blood purification if there is serious organ function damage. Hemodialysis is also required in case of severe organ function impairment.
