There are two main ways to check for mold in men, one is to test the urine and observe whether there is mold and mycobacterial filaments in the urine, which is a very simple way. The other way is to take a smear test of the secretions on the glans foreskin, which can quickly find out if there is mold. Men who have a mycobacterial infection, most commonly a glans prepuce infection. If antimicrobials are used for a long time, this may lead to a mycobacterial infection in the urethra, when the urine discharged has cloudy, white flocculent material. In the case of a glans vulgaris infection, there may be white membranous material right at the glans. Early detection should lead to early examination and effective treatment.
