What are the causes of blood flow disorders?

Hemodynamic obstruction is a group of clinical syndromes caused by the failure of the intestinal contents to run smoothly to the distal end due to various reasons, called intestinal obstruction, and is one of the common surgical emergencies. It is one of the common surgical emergencies. Clinically, it is often classified into mechanical intestinal obstruction, dynamic intestinal obstruction, and hemodynamic intestinal obstruction according to its cause. In addition, it can be divided into simple and strangulated (ischemic) intestinal obstruction according to whether the obstruction is accompanied by intestinal blood flow disorders; high small bowel obstruction, low small bowel obstruction and colonic obstruction according to the site of obstruction; partial (incomplete) and complete intestinal obstruction according to the degree of obstruction; acute intestinal obstruction and chronic intestinal obstruction according to the urgency of onset. If intestinal obstruction is caused by pressure at both ends of the intestinal canal, it is called closed-collar intestinal obstruction, and the pressure in the intestinal cavity of such intestinal obstruction increases significantly and the intestinal canal is highly distended, which easily causes blood flow disorders in the intestinal wall and leads to necrosis and perforation of the intestinal canal. Causes: The mesenteric vascular embolism or thrombosis makes the intestinal wall blood flow obstruction, followed by intestinal paralysis, leading to intestinal strangulation and necrosis, resulting in the normal operation of intestinal contents.
