Modified abdominal multi-organ cluster transplantation for chronic pseudo-intestinal infarction and total gastrointestinal polyps

Recently, a number of patients have come in to inquire about the treatment of total gastrointestinal polyps and chronic pseudo-intestinal obstruction. Modified abdominal multi-organ cluster transplantation is a surgical modality of small bowel transplantation with surgical indications for chronic pseudo-intestinal obstruction, total GI polyps and extensive Crohn’s disease. We had borrowed from the experience of Pittsburgh University in the United States to establish the surgical technique of modified abdominal multi-organ cluster transplantation.
