The precautions for postoperative care of laryngeal cancer include several aspects of care such as body position, fixation of tracheal tube, cleaning of tracheal tube, cleaning of incision and so on. 1. Body position: when patients are not awake after anesthesia, they should adopt flat lying position. After 24 hours of surgery, in order to facilitate sputum evacuation, semi-recumbent position should be adopted. 2. Fixation of tracheal sleeve: the degree of looseness and tightness is suitable for stretching into one finger. Make sure the trachea, chest and head are in a straight line. Avoid dislodging the trocar when turning over. 3. Cleaning of the tracheal tube: the inner tube should be sterilized and replaced every day. The trocar should be cleaned of sputum with water after use. 4. Incision cleaning: When there is a small amount of bleeding, the gauze should be changed in time. When there is a lot of bleeding, the cause of bleeding should be found. If sputum contaminates the gauze, it should be changed promptly.
