Early symptoms of pancreatic cancer

  The cardia is the connection between the esophagus and the stomach, and is the entrance of the stomach. In addition to the gastric sinus, the cardia is the second most common place for stomach tumors, and clinically, cardia cancer is often called gastroesophageal cancer, which is a kind of gastric cancer, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year. Early symptoms of pancreatic cancer are as follows: 1. Belching and acid reflux: When cancer occurs in the pancreatic area, the mucous membrane of gastrointestinal canal will be stimulated, causing hiccups, which will appear as persistent and recurrent hiccups, accompanied by acid reflux, and can affect eating, breathing and sleeping in serious cases.  2.Throat discomfort: In the early stage, it will be manifested as foreign body sensation, choking sensation, feeling of not being able to swallow, dryness of the throat, and hoarseness of voice.  3.Tightness in chest: early stage of pancreatic cancer may show a feeling of chest distension or tightness, stuffy breath and tightness in front of the chest, which is especially obvious when eating.  4.Pain: It is manifested as pain behind the sternum, mostly persistent dull pain.  5.Weight loss and wasting: discomfort in eating often leads to loss of appetite, malnutrition, wasting and weakness, etc.  The etiology of cardia cancer is still unclear, but it is clinically believed to be related to diet, environment, genetics, and infection of Helicobacter pylori. For cancer, it is extremely important to achieve early detection. Therefore, it is recommended that we should have regular medical checkups and seek timely medical treatment if the above-mentioned discomfort occurs.
