Side Effects of Sodium Alenphosphate

The correct name for alendronate is alendronate tablets. Its side effects include systemic reactions, gastrointestinal reactions, neurological, skin allergies, skeletal muscles, lungs, and special sensations. 1. Systemic reactions: there may be transient myalgia, discomfort, fatigue, and fever after taking alendronate sodium; symptomatic hypocalcemia or peripheral edema may occur in the presence of causative conditions. 2.
