Etinjo and 必利勁 are both trade names for dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets, which are used to treat premature ejaculation and other disorders, and both have the same efficacy, and there is no such thing as which one is better. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets are indicated for all men 18 to 64 years of age with premature ejaculation who meet the following three criteria: poor ejaculatory control, significant personal distress or interpersonal impairment due to premature ejaculation, and sustained or repeated ejaculation before, during, or shortly after penile insertion into the vagina, as well as before sexual gratification due to only minimal sexual stimulation. The primary disorders treated by this product include poor ejaculatory control, premature ejaculation, and adverse reactions include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, tremors, poor concentration, abnormal sensations, tinnitus, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and insomnia. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to any component of the product, in patients with obvious pathological conditions of the heart, in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors, thioridazine, ketoconazole, saquinavir and other drugs, and in patients with moderate-to-severe hepatic injury. It is recommended that patients who are not feeling well go to a regular hospital in a timely manner, and follow the doctor’s instructions for symptomatic treatment with medication.
