Stones do not normally cause the stomach to grow larger. Most stones are small enough that the patient may not notice them. As the stones begin to grow larger, the patient may experience more significant pain, and some patients may experience abdominal distension, giving the individual the illusion of an enlarged stomach. In reality, however, intrahepatic choledocholithiasis does not have the clinical symptom of an enlarged stomach. If the patient consciously have the phenomenon of stomach enlargement, or abdominal discomfort and other symptoms, then it is recommended to go to the hospital, under the guidance of professional doctors to do the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney abdominal ultrasound and other systematic examination, to exclude other abdominal diseases, to clarify the cause of the disease, and timely and targeted treatment to avoid aggravation of the condition.
