How to treat a left vestibular gland cyst

Vestibular adenocarcinoma is located in the lower posterior part of the labia majora, one on each side. Most of the vestibular adenocarcinoma cysts are solitary, and a few develop bilaterally at the same time. The best way to treat vestibular gland cysts is to perform either cyst excision and drainage or cyst removal, but the former is usually chosen, but there is a possibility of recurrence after surgery. If the gland is removed, the function of the gland (which produces mucus and lubrication during sexual excitement) will be affected. Surgery for vestibular gland cysts is relatively simple and is performed under local anesthesia. After surgery, incision drainage and bed rest are routinely given, vulva washing 2-3 times a day, wound heat therapy, and intravenous infection prevention for three days.
