Membranous nephropathy stage 1 can be cured for some patients. Patients suffering from membranous nephritis can control their condition through professional doctor’s treatment. Clinical manifestations of membranous nephropathy are large amount of proteinuria, hematuria, hypertension, edema and so on. Membranous nephropathy pathologic staging is divided into four phases, the first phase has the mildest symptoms, the glomerular structure is normal, and vacuolated lesions appear in the glomerular basement membrane. Membranous nephropathy progresses slowly, with a natural remission rate of 30% to 50% in children, and the complete remission rate of untreated adult membranous nephropathy is 10%, 16% and 22% at 1, 2 and 3 years, respectively. Patients with stage 1 membranous nephropathy can be cured after active treatment. Patients with membranous nephropathy should have sufficient rest, low-salt, low-fat and high-quality protein diet, and can take angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin II receptor antagonists such as valsartan, hormones such as methylprednisolone and immunosuppressants such as cyclophosphamide under the guidance of physicians for treatment. The disease can be better controlled but not cured. When membranous nephritis occurs, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of a physician, and do not use medication on your own.
