What’s with the blood blisters and ulcers on your tongue?

Blood blister ulcers on the tongue may be caused by traumatic blood blisters, vascular malformations, and mucosal aspergillosis.
1. Traumatic blood blisters: usually due to tooth bite, food burns and other reasons, blood blisters ulcers may appear on the tongue. At first, the blood blister fluid is bright red, then turns black, and after the blood blister ruptures, a bright red trauma will appear.
2. Vascular malformations: Generally venous malformations can occur on the tongue. Superficial lesions that are blue or purple in color may be mistaken for blood blisters, and the borders of the lesions are unclear, soft to the touch, and can be compressed.
3. Mucocutaneous pemphigoid: usually belongs to autoimmune herpetic disease, the oral mucosa can repeatedly appear transparent blisters or blood blisters.
