What drugs can cause relaxation of the lower oesophageal sphincter?

Current studies have confirmed that drugs such as nitroglycerin, calcium channel blockers such as nifedipine, anticholinergic drugs such as atropine and diazepam can cause a weakening of lower oesophageal sphincter pressure and delayed gastric emptying, resulting in relaxation of the lower oesophageal sphincter and, in severe cases, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.
