Federal Amoxicillin generally refers to amoxicillin capsules, which are usually taken 3~4 times a day for adults, 3 times a day for pediatric patients, and 2 times a day for infants if they are under 3 months of age, but are contraindicated for penicillin-allergic and penicillin skin-test-positive patients. 1. Amoxicillin capsule belongs to penicillin antibiotics, usually adult patients need to take 1 time in 6~8 hours, need to take about 3~4 times a day, 0.5g each time, and the daily dose should not exceed 4g. 2. Children are mainly according to the weight of the drug, usually 20-40mg/Kg of children need to be taken every 8 hours, 3 times a day. 3. If the drug is taken by infants under 3 months of age, generally according to the body weight of 30mg/Kg, need to be taken once every 12 hours, about 2 times a day. 4. If the patient exists in the presence of severe renal impairment, the dose of the drug also needs to be adjusted appropriately. Usually, patients with endogenous creatinine clearance of 10-30ml/min need to take 0.25-0.5g every 12 hours, twice a day. Patients with an endogenous creatinine clearance of less than 10 ml/min need to take 0.25 to 0.5 g every 24 hours, once daily. If the patient has penicillin allergy, or after penicillin skin test, the result shows positive, it is prohibited to take the drug.
