Fibrosarcoma is characterized by primitive mesenchymal tissue, mucinous degeneration of fibrous tissue or mucinous degeneration of tumor tissue. It is a low-grade malignant tumor. The main complications that occur with this disease are: 1. infiltration damage to the surrounding skin and formation of epidural hematoma. 2. Incomplete hemostasis of paravertebral muscles, vertebrae and dural venous plexus during surgery, hematoma can be formed after surgery, resulting in aggravation of limb paralysis, mucous degeneration of fibrous tissue or mucous degeneration of tumor tissue. 3. Hematogenous metastasis: when the tumor metastasizes to the lungs, complications such as hydrothorax (fluid that stays in the thoracic cavity) and chest tightness may occur, and when it metastasizes to the bones, it may cause joint pain or fracture. Ischemic necrosis may also occur, such as ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, with symptoms such as hip pain. 4. Transverse muscle fiber hyperplasia: the lesion is irregular in shape, without envelope, grayish white, with unclear boundaries, usually without redness, swelling, heat and pain. It has self-limiting characteristics, and most of it can subside by itself. If patients are taking medication, they should follow the doctor’s instructions and not stop taking medication on their own. When side effects occur, they should consult a doctor in time so as not to delay their condition, and they should have a light diet in daily life, avoiding spicy and stimulating food. If you have any of the above discomforts, it is recommended that you consult a doctor in time and have standardized treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor.
