Sudden onset of coronary heart disease can occur. First of all, patients with coronary artery disease may have sudden onset when they are anxious, have palpitations or are angry or have excessive mood swings. Secondly, in patients with coronary heart disease, if the blood pressure is out of control or not up to standard, sudden onset may occur when the blood pressure suddenly increases. The sudden onset of coronary artery disease can also occur in patients with coronary artery disease when there is a sudden increase in blood glucose, i.e., when the patient has a combination of diabetes, when the blood glucose is high, or when the blood glucose is undetectable or abnormally high. Finally, sudden onset of coronary heart disease may occur when there is a significant stimulus of infection or hypovolemic stimulus, and when there is infectious shock or hypovolemic shock.
